Instead of spending more money on medications – why not look back to why your body may not be working as you want it to?

• What started BEFORE the problem?
• What life change?
• What family squabble?
• What change of diet?

Something will have happened to alter the balance that was .. and from there – if your body doesn’t bounce back to homeostatis, then you have to change things back to balance .  .

A drug, or a brand new way of messing with your body that is only trying to alert you to inner troubles may not be the way forwards in health.It may be as simple as becoming aware of what your biological blueprint says or stopping something you thought was ‘good’ for you . . .

Become more aware of the need for you to help yourself …

It is not a matter of finding someone to ‘fix’ you.

Change comes from within.

Doing what you have done – which created the problem – will only lead to more of the same . . .
